am I doing this right? multisession questions

I multiplay, always. So I have been trying to test a few things in CMUD.

I have two sessions. Call them testa, testb.
Both connection to the same MUD.
Each is for a different character.
Character fields, in edit session, are set to testa and testb respectively.

I have created a package that both sessions use. (set in the edit session dialog).
This package is set to "Publish to other packages"
This package contains one class, with one alias and one variable for testing purposes.

#alias test {#var test {%1}}

When I load both sessions (offline one, then crtl-o, offline the other), the alias works perfectly from the first session loaded. Both sessions show the correct variable value.

BUT, if i try to test the alias from the second session loaded, nothing happens. No errors, no output, not variable value change.

IF I change order of opening the sessions (testb first, then testa second), the result is the same, only the first session can use the alias.

Am I doing something wrong? Can I explain myself better?

Thanks in advance.

p.s. I know more documentation is coming soon enough.

Makena, that was a really good explaination!

Yes, I think you are doing things correctly. Definitely sounds like a bug, and it's a specific situation that I haven't played with very much, so I'll try to recreate this and see what I can learn.
