multiple mob kill scenario

i'm looking to make a script to kill multiple instances of mobs. let's say:

a rat is here glaring at you
a rat is here glaring at you
a rat is here gnawing on an old bone

player 1 is killing the glaring rat, i want to kill the second rat and move down the list of them, mud gives an output of 'That player is already attacking that mob' if you try to kill. it also shows when you look, 'A Player is here killing a rat'. also, if player starts killing and then flees, a mob can have a (WOUNDED) flag on it, so i don't want to start killing someone's wounded mob. any help with the trigs/variables needed greatly appreciated.

Moved from 'Finished MUD Scripts' to 'zMUD General Discussion'.
