Virtual PC and 7.21

I keep getting an error when trying to run the Zmud program. Everything is showing as being installed properly. I have Virt PC 6 and was running Zmud 6.40 fine. I have the upgrade license key. Any help on what I can do to get this up would be appreciated.

It would probably help a lot if you posted the error message. Saying "I get an error" doesn't give any clue as to what happened.

Is just a generic error signature giving the appname, appversion, modname, modversion and offset.
The Reporting Details are included stating what I would transmit back to microsoft.
The technical data appears to be all of the .dll files and over 20 pages of code.
The file above is also being sent with it. I have a feeling that is just the temp licensing file.
It just appears that it is not installing properly even though it is stating that installation is successful. It hangs for a moment then opens the error signature.
If there is anything in particular I should be looking for, please advise.
