I've seen other threads about this topic, but nothing really answered my question. Whenever I mouse-over the menu bar, or access it with the keyboard my Client Window automatically resizes with each action. To the best of my knowledge I am not using any program that could interfere with this or any other graphical program.

If there is a way I -could- be using something without knowing it, what are some ways I could go about disabling it.. or some common things that cause it, and how to solve them?

Are you using Windowblinds?
If so then it's a known conflict. I think it's possible to add zmud to an exceptions list of sorts - try searching the forums for mentions of Windowblinds.
