Syntax to list of all color possibilities

It's been awhile since I've used Zmud and I have a new computer so I don't have this syntax anymore. I got it from a forum that no longer exists.
Anyhow, when you type in the syntax it show, on screen, the number and the color that that number would make. If anyone knows what I'm talking about please give me the syntax. Thanks. :) |

Pref --> Colors --> Foreground Mapping
for just the 16 ansi colors |
