Prompt triggers don't fire.. very strange

A friend of mine is having difficulty with her prompt triggers not firing. I gave her the script I use for combat, a very large script, and she cannot get the prompt triggers to fire properly, which means that none of the healing works for her.

I've asked her every question regarding her configuration and everything that I think might possibly cause the problem, but so far nothing we've tried has worked. The problem seems to be localized to her computer only, as I had her send me the .mud file for me to examine and test with, and it all worked perfectly when I loaded it up.

Her scripts are installed and configured properly with no stray triggers, gags, etc. Just the script I gave her and a couple dozen aliases she made. Her preferences for emulation, script parsing, etc, all match mine. And yet, it works for me and others who use it, but not for her. The non-prompt triggers work well for her, so it's just the prompt that isn't recognized. She's got the same exact prompt configuration that I use, too.

Can anyone think of some bizarre situation in which this problem might occur? She and I are at an impasse right now on solving the issue. Thanks for any help offered.

These are probably simple things... and I'm almost certain you checked them already.

Ensure that she has trigger on prompt set (probably already done thanks to your scripts.)
Ensure that she has the prompt character set correctly.
Ensure there is no variation between her prompt and yours.
Ensure that any prompt triggers she may have is not enabling the prompt trigger.
Ensure that the triggers are assigned to the window that she's already set the prompt in.

As an alternative. Start with a basic prompt trigger that just echoes a confirm message and see if that works.
You can also try ensuring that her prompt does match the prompt trigger on her machine.

You've probably done these already, but couldn't hurt to throw them out there.

Perhaps ask her for some mudoutput where your script is failing and *see* if there is a miscommunication between you two with regards how the mud is sending her information vs. yours.

Probably already checked as well :)

Thanks for your suggestions, but you are right. I tried all of those things first. I even went so far as to send her a script that would trigger on a very basic prompt with a simple echo to say if it fired or not. I included several different prompt patterns to ensure that at least one of them would fire on her prompt. She has sent me screenshots of her MUD output and her prompt pattern and colors are exactly the same as my own. She even sent me screenshots of all her zMUD preferences from the dialog and her in-game configuration commands. All identical to my own. Her .mud works great when I use it in the game, but not when she uses it.

Why would you not fire on prompt triggers? You said you checked her preferences.

Triggers off (red x on pistol gun). Testable with a tell trigger with reply (#trigger {^Larkin tells} {reply Got it})
Emulation issue and picking up odd characters in stream? (#debug texta.txt textb.txt - capture then - #debug)
-Somehow getting cflf or lf at the end of triggers not seeing the prompt trigger fire?
Not loading the right .mud file? Is her mud file not in the Achaea-etc folder but in the main? Character setup issue?

Trying to think if there would be any reason with some Emulation setting (in game or in zMud) that would make a weird prompted line.
