I have a .mbd file, but when trying to open it/import its maps, it says:

unrecogized database format

I dont know much about how to go about fixing this, and read the other topics, and still couldnt figure it out, can someone please go into more detail with me how to get it to load or pull the maps off it?

Ok.. you have to answer a couple of questions so that we can better understand and (hopefully) help you solve the problem.

I'm assuming that this MDB is a zMud map file, is this correct? Did you generate it manually or with a prior version of zMud? The current is 7.21. Can you view the MDB in Access or some other viewer to ensure that the DB is not corrupted.

What are the steps you are following to import the file?

Ive did all that stuff it says to do with MDAC and the JET program, it did nothing, than try using the ZONEMOVE program, said it couldnt move the verison, i also try just deleting and renaming the file to trick it, and using the Zconverter in Zmud itself, neither worked, and I dont have access., using 7.21

You'll have to be more specific. I need to know exactly what steps you took or send me the link to what instructions you followed. Where did you get the map? Are you sure it is a valid database?

PM and send me the file and I will take a look at it.
