A way to access a named trigger's pattern (like %alias()) |
Given the name of a trigger, is there a way to access its pattern, for use in something like a #show or another #tr command? Just like how %alias() lets me see the expansion of an alias, is there something that lets me get bits out of a trigger, programmatically?

Maybe something in COM, but nothing like %alias(). Ironically, there's also a function called %trigger(), but from what I recall of it it's there for backwards compatibility and is a synonym function to %class().

I was afraid of that. Anyone who knows COM well enough able to give me a snippet of what that'd look like... or explain why it'd be a bad approach?
