Error 501

Hello,
i registered Zmud in the year hm let me think 96 and got an Email from Zugg 10.04.1998 with a new Reg Key. Than i stopped Mudding a few month later. No i wanted to start over again, but Zmud does not accept my old Registration key.
It says: Error 501 - cannot found Reg key in the Database.
What can i do? Think my old key is from Kagi or Kali?
Well have all archived...but now i need a bit help :)

Send a polite email to support@zuggsoft.com with all the information you have, such as name, registered email address, reg. code, date of purchase, how purchased, any previous correspondence, and a statement of the error. Basicallly everything you said here plus copies of old emails.
