To "configurate" a database, make a Field for each item of information you want to keep. Give each field an appropriate Fieldname, preferably one-word, and Fieldtype. In this case, something like:
Fieldname FIELDTYPE
Name TEXT
Type SINGLE OPTION
Flags TEXT
Peso NUMBER
Valore NUMBER
Rent NUMBER
DamageDice TEXT
Affects TEXT

Once your database structure is set up, just enter the information.

If you meant, "will someone make me a script to put this in the database for this?", we would need to know:
What information matters and what can be ignored?
What are your fieldnames and fieldtypes?
What do you want to do with multiple lines, such as you have for Affects?

When you force us to guess what you want, it's likely you'll be dissatisfied with the results. Please don't limit your answers to just the questions I asked, include anything else YOU can think of which we might need to know.

Most scripts in this forum are written for Command Line entry.
Don't even open the Settings Editor unless its use is specified or obvious.
