A note concerning Lost Registration codes |
Though Zuggsoft itself does not retrieve lost codes, you can get them back through elicense. I know for a fact elicense does this, as I now happily have my reg code again :). You can fill out a form on the elicense support page, and if that does not work, they also have a phone number for their support :)

Nice! This should really be placed as a sticky so that others that have lost their reg codes understand how to retrieve them.

eLicense (and Zuggsoft as well) does this as a matter of courtesy. However, this doesn't change the official policy and does not reduce the requirement for people to save, print, and keep track of their own registration codes. Both eLicense and Zuggsoft will respond to polite email requests, but this can end at any time if it is abused.
I just wanted to make sure people understood that eLicense is doing this as they have time just to improve customer support. It is not an official policy and if for some reason they don't respond or don't do it for a particular customer, nobody has any right to complain about it. So, please be nice to them and ask politely and never make demands.
I don't want to make this a sticky because I don't want to overwhelm eLicense with the kind of request load that we used to get here. |
