Can't log in

zmud works fine, i suppose. The problem I am having is that when i try to log into a game where I have already created a character, the game tries to log me in as character name "create" then asks me for my password, and won't accept my normal password. I have tried unchecking the auto-login function, all kinds of things. Anyone had this problem before?
