This might sound as a really fumd question but is there any other command to display text on the screen without firing triggers and being able to change its colors as well?

I don't know of any other commands to display text on the screen. These will all fire triggers. Color may be changed without triggers by embedding the %ansi function in the text to be displayed.
EDIT: Oops, there's #SAYPROMPT, #SHOWPROMPT, and #ECHOPROMPT, but those are just #SAY, #SHOW, and #ECHO without the newline at the end. |
