can not install zmud in win98
|
hi!
i downloaded my first version of zmud and installed it on a fresh
windows 98b installation.
after i click on 'trial' the splash disapears and after some time a small messagebox pops up saying :
ZMUD.EXE
Invalid Password
15
with an ok button.
after pressing this zmud closes.
what can i do?
why cant it print something intuitive instead of 15 ?
at lest 42 would make sense ;-)

btw, zmud was never installed on my computer before.
this i meant by 'my first version'
any help?

I have never seen such an error message before. Based on its terseness I would guess it is a Microsoft thing. Try updating MDAC and Jet on your system. You can find a reference to doing so at http://www.zuggsoft.com/data
