I've been having this problem for a while. I have several databases to store info on items such as herbs and equipment. Sometimes the values for certain note fields will simply vanish or turn to "0". I really can't figure out why this is happening. I've also noticed that the DB has a tendency to crash if I have a view open besides the main view (i.e. one that filters records) and then open another DB without switching back to the main view. I thought this might have something to do with the DB dropping some data, but I'm not sure.

This is how I've been querying info from the DB. I'm not sure if it has anything to do with it.

#ALIAS {mherbs} {#DBL Herbs;#VIEW Mana {Name};#LOOPV {buy &Name};#DBR}

Hi,

I get a similar problem with my DBs and was going to post a note but trolled through previous posts to see if anyone else had already posted this.

Has this been answered else where?

There were some bugs found in the DB module during the last beta of zMud. If you are not using the current public version then you should upgrade.
