e-licence not working

I have been trying for a while to get z-mud on to my home computer but the e-licence wont take. I have it installed on my laptop that i have with me most of the time but would also like to hace z-mud on my home comp.
it gives me the photo removed
any help would be cool

How fast did you receive the email/try to get a license? This really might be just a timing issue, but if it's been, say 3 days then something is definitely wrong. If you know a reasonable amount of time has passed since issuance and you are 110% sure you didn't make a mistake, I'd send an email to Zugg. I believe you should try sending it to support@zuggsoft.com, but don't quote anything I might say at 3am .

it took 4 days from the first request to get the licence and i tryied rigat after i got it 2 hours after i got it and about a day after.
