code error 12

Yes i am getting a code error 12 when i try to get my licence. I checked the support library and saw nothing on this one code.

Because the eLicense system is down, you will get a whole variety of possible error codes. I've never even seen some of these codes myself. But it's all because their network is messed up. It should be working again in a couple hours.
