is there an easy way to print out the entire help?

Yes the link on the download page will let you download a version of the help files that is printable: Then just print as many pages at a time that you want, weater it is 10 at a time or all of them.

You could also send me a Email and I will send you a copy of the help files in the way they are read in the help menu and a copy of then in alphabetical oreder for cross referancing and a copy of them together if you want to make just one big book.
