Zmud just doesn't load.
 
I have looked through the other problems that people have been having and didn't see this at all. When I click on Zmud, there is a brief flash of the hourglass, but then it goes away and Zmud never loads. I check my task manager after doing that and nothing related to zmud is in memory. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling to no avail. It has worked on this machine before, however I have not used it in months. I am running Win XP w/ 512Mb ram. Any help on this would be much appreciated. Also there are no Errors whatsoever.

Check that the LicCtrl service is running and not set to disabled. To check this right-click on My Computer, select Manage, expand Services and Applications, select Services and look in the list to the right.
