Zmud Problem

I am having trouble with my zmud. When I try to roll up the zmud window it just rolls up that window and leaves the character window open instead of rolling up both windows. Also when I open another character on top of the character I already have open, I can't get back to the original character I had open nor can I open a new character.
How do I fix this? I have multiple tabs marked in my preferences and I have version 6.40. Any help anyone can give will be greatly appreciated.

For the first problem, you can simply close the character window. You can open it easily enough later if you need it. For the second, i've seen this behaviour occasionally. Select window->quick tiling->multiple tabs to restore your original windows, and tab them all real nice. I wish i knew what caused it though  .

Thank You we got it fixed just did as you said and closed the window and opened it later and now everything works just fine :)
