Error code 501? HELP!!!!

mu e license disapered !!!!
I have ligit elisence for about 6 mounts but today it just shut off geiving me an 501 error message
I re typed the order id and it said it could not contact to comfirm ,and yes i am connected to the internet and yes my computer is fine and no I do not have a virus please help ...

What message is error 501? Are you behind a proxy or firewall? Did you try waiting a bit and trying later?

this is the message i get when i try to connect to get license:
Unable to get or install a license
Retrieval of license failed with code = 17.
all renewable licenses are currently active
- no license is availible at this time.
And yes I keep trying to connect

You've used up your three licenses. If you lost one because of a format, hard drive crash, etc., you can try e-mailing eLicense or support at Zuggsoft and if you ask nicely, they might free one of the licenses for you.
