ZMud Speed issues

Ok, Some days I may have zmud open for up to 10+ hours and the mapper is normally open all that time and is used ocassionally to do a room search or 2 now and then. But, what I have noticed is that as time goes on the #TE command and the room searches get slower and slower, even when only searching the current area. So basically now every few hours or so, I have to shut down zmud and open it back up again to get the mapper back to full speed.
Seems to me that there is a memory problem here that needs to be addressed, or some other problem... I'm running zmud 6.40 on win2k with a 1.4Ghz Amd chip and 384 MB of DDR ram so... not my computer that's for sure

Any ideas or is this a known issue?

And yeah, I do have the latest drivers Jet and whatever that other one is (can't think of it right now but read it in another thread and tried it)

6.53 is in beta and addresses some mapper issues. I don't keep up on mapper-specific problems enough to know if this is one of them, but it's a very stable release, and you might want to give it a try to see if it helps.
