putting Zmud on a CD?

I'm going to be spending a few months at a military training facility. I know they have internet access, but they won't want people DLing programs to their computers. Therefore, I'd like to know if it's possible to burn my copy of Zmud onto a CD (I'll just put the settings files on a floppy) and have it usable at the facility.

I don't think this is possible. As far as i remember, zmud demands write access to its own folder. If your station has zip drives, i think you can get v. 4.62 to run from a zip floppy.
