Problem |
I have local echo turned on. Whenever I type a command to the screen, I see it appear on the mud. Except when I type stat. When I type stat (stands for status to see your statistics), stat doesn't show an echo on the mud, and the first line of the status information is missing. This seemed like something was gagged, but I turned off triggers and parsing and tried it again, and the problem still existed. Even with triggers and parsing off, stat wouldn't appear on the screen, and the first line was missing. Any ideas?

More than likely, your password is appearing in the missing lines. If you have Gag Password turned on (as it is by default), it will eat all lines that contain the password.
