bug with #delitem

When i use #delitem instead of deleting what i asked from the list i specified it just makes a new list without that item in it, I'm sure this isn't right... so... what's going on... am i doing something terribly wrong?

nevermind... i was doing something stupid :P i had #delitem @listname item... but you only need #delitem listname item so... yeah
