Importing triggers

Hi, I've been using ZMUD since August '97 and I consider myself to be a fairly experienced user in all aspects but I'm having a problem now that I have been unable to resolve. Some months ago, I upgraded from version 6.15 to version 6.31 at which point I lost all my settings including thousands of triggers. It was annoying but it didn't really bother me too much.

However, I now really need to get some of these triggers back. I have them in a .txt file and in a .zsc file but no matter what I do, I can't get them to import. I've tried fiddling with various settings in case parsing is somehow interfering with the import but still without success. Upgrading to version 6.53 hasn't helped me either.

All I get is the first few characters of the first line in the file so basically, 1 new trigger is added as follows:

Pattern "INFO: * level *"
Value "{chat"

The next character is another curly bracket like the first character of that line so it seems to me that the brackets are screwing up the import but I can't work out how to get around it. Any suggestions greatly appreciated.

Sounds like something bad/corrupted in those first few lines is bad.

Try to cut and paste *.txt (save them elsewhere) the first class if you
exported by class or the first few triggers and give it a go again.

That or import a class at a time with the *.zsc file till you find your
nightmare.
