Importing and Exporting zMud Maps

Heh heh, you can always tell when I get back into mudding when there are 3 or 4 consecutive posts from me asking stupid questions. ;)
In this episode of Wil's-A-Dumb***, we ask the ever-so-poignant question of how to export a zone from one DB and import it on the other. When I save DBs, they are saved in mdb files. When I go to import DBs, I am apparently looking for .map files. This seems somewhat incongruous. :)
Any insight woud be, as always, appreciated greatly.
