Only way i can see to do this would be to assign the fisrt line to a variable ans use that in a trigger running off the last line you want to trigger off.

so a trigger somthing like : -

give this a try, seems to work

(%x)%stells you 'where are you??'

tell %1 here and there

That will work so long as you only have pretitles and not surnames.
