I figured it out: i was referencing the wrong variable. Using
#var MyVariable {%1} {%1} {MyFolder}

helps.

I have a variable containing a multi-word string (ie. Three Blind Mice).
I try sending it to the status bar, but only the first word appears in the status bar (ie. Three). Is this a bug?
