We were having some issues with a bot taking our site down, which caused the support email to bounce. Zugg has fixed this.

There have not been any updates or fixes since then. We are still supporting with license keys and the forums.

The email issue is not yet fixed. We have tried several things that didn't work.

It's not 'won't respond'. We are currently having an issue with our mail through the server. Please contact me directly at chiara at zuggsoft dot com and it will get through.

Yes. You can email me directly at chiara at zuggsoft dot com with your name and the email you registered under. I can try alternate email addresses, and if that fails send you a manual code.

We were able to get this sorted out yesterday.
If you don't get a response within 48 hours through the help system, you can email me directly at chiara at zuggsoft dot com.

As of this posting I am caught up with all support requests I have received. If you have not gotten a reply, please email me directly at chiara at zuggsoft dot com and see if I receive that.

Fortunately hpoonis2010 is inaccurate. The developer does care, but I do not have any emails or support requests from you @chris123zugg.
