I need figure out how to capture channels to a capture window and make the triggers safe. I don't want them to fire off unless they are supposed to. Here is an example of the output on the mud:

I have tried that. What the heck am I doing wrong? Once docked to the top, the sides will not move (can't resize it)

I have been trying to days to create a layout in Zmud. I can create capture windows and they are working just fine. I want to be able to dock my windows like in this picture:
